Four-plus years at Protium Finance building the systems a lender can't operate without: multi-tenant KYC automation on Java/Spring Boot and AWS, document-intelligence pipelines, and production LLM agents that resolve customer tickets on their own.

Protium Finance · fintech lending · 2022 — presentArchitected a multi-tenant CKYC platform sold to two external clients — 5,000+ records/day each, load-tested to 1M/24h. Productized its APIs into ~$180K annual revenue. Currently building AI support agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Strands, LangGraph, and MCP handling 500 tickets/day at 90% resolution. Mentored an intern to full-time; 7+ technical interviews.
Built the automated OCR → transform → compress workflow for filings to India's Central KYC Registry, replacing a manual process capped at 300 records/person/day. Shipped Spring Boot microservices for loan document management and a FastAPI serving layer for an in-house bank-statement parsing model.
Built a document upload utility on Camunda BPMN and Spring Boot, digitizing customer loan documents for the Operations team.
